Hi, I’m Shayna
I had the exact same problem when I first started out, I did all the diets and restrictive food plans - keto, low carb, low sugar, high carb, intermittent fasting, eating one meal a day, calorie counting, macro tracking, you name it- I've probably done it.
It always seemed to work in the beginning, but every time, I slowly slipped back into old eating habits - reversing all the hard work I put in.
I felt like a failure. I would get so frustrated with myself and wonder why I couldn't stick with it.
I would spend 2+ hours in the gym, 5 times a week to see the fitness results I wanted and 'work off' all the 'bad' food I ate... and of course, that would become unsustainable, putting me right back at square one - wishing I could find the motivation to stick with my workouts.
After years of struggling, I finally figured it out. The exact method to approach fitness and eating in a way that nourishes my body, aligns with my fitness goals, allows me to still eat the food I love and feel my best. I then took this method and used it to show all my clients how they could do it too.

FAQ
How Often Do I Train?
The sweet spot for most women tends to be anywhere from 3 to 4 resistance training sessions per week. This depends on your unique lifestyle, regular sleep habits, if your stress levels are well-managed, etc.
How often you exercise is based on your training program and schedule — but the choice is ultimately up to you. You’ll get more information once you enroll in the coaching program.
Do I Get A Meal Plan?
No, I don't provide meal plans, and there’s a good reason why. Meal plans, similar to majority of self-guided diets, fail because they’re too restrictive, too complicated, or too difficult to follow for any length of time.
Unlike meal plans, which tell you what to eat, this coaching program focuses on changing your approach to food. I offer you one weekly nutrition habit to practice that helps you learn how to eat for your body's needs. As healthy eating habits stack up over time, they both become effortless and add up to significant results.
Do I Need a Gym Membership or Certain Equipment?
You will get a choice between Home or Gym Workout Programs. Of course the gym program has more variety in exercises, but the home programs can be just as effective. For the home programs, the basic equipment you will need are a few dumbbells at different weights, resistance bands, and a swiss ball (the big fun ones).

Once you enroll, you'll have the option to join one of the following workout programs, based on your current fitness level and exercise knowledge.
